Keshas Praying Keeps in Top 40 & Woman Debuts

As previously reportedLuis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito," featuring Justin Bieber, rules the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated Aug. 5) for an 11th week. Plus, Charlie Puth collects his third top 10, "Attention."

Additionally, following their first full weeks of tracking, Demi Lovato's "Sorry Not Sorry" blasts 52-23 on the Hot 100 and Selena Gomez's "Fetish," featuring Gucci Mane, vaults 92-27.

Here's who else is worthy of your attention on this week's Hot 100.

Kesha, "Praying" & "Woman," featuring The Dap-Kings Horns
Following its debut at No. 25 on the July 28-dated Hot 100, "Praying" descends to No. 40, down 49 percent to 27,000 downloads sold, according to Nielsen Music (and falls 4-17 on Digital Song Sales). It also dips by 28 percent to 8.4 million U.S. streams.

The ballad's all-format airplay, however, surges by 79 percent to 14 million in audience, sparked by a 40-31 climb on the Pop Songs chart and a 32-25 jump on Adult Pop Songs, where it earns Greatest Gainer honors.

Kesha also debuts on the Hot 100 at No. 96 with "Woman" (featuring The Dap-Kings Horns), which opens at No. 27 on Digital Song Sales (19,000 sold). Both "Praying and "Woman" are from Kesha's album Rainbow, due Aug. 11.

And: "Woman" is the first "Woman" by a woman to hit the Hot 100. Three prior entries titled "Woman" reached the chart, all by male acts: by John Lennon (No. 2, 1981); Peter and Gordon (No. 14, 1966); and Raheem DeVaughn (No. 96, 2008).

J Balvin & Willy William, "Mi Gente"
As "Despacito" dominates the Hot 100, another Spanish-language hit is leaping toward the top 40, as "Mi Gente" pushes 53-42. Streams are largely driving the track, as it enters Streaming Songs at No. 33 with 11.5 million U.S. streams, up 27 percent.

"Mi Gente" rises 6-4 on Latin Airplay (14 million format impressions, up 7 percent), while also beginning to draw crossover play on mainstream pop and rhythmic stations, including New York's WBMP (51 plays in the tracking week), WHTZ (16) and WKTU (14).

"I make music for the world, and I'm happy that I produced and performed on a song with such a meaningful title," William recently told Billboard. "We call it 'Mi Gente' ['My People'] because it is for everybody, no matter what language you speak. It is a collaboration between a French [William] and Colombian [Balvin] artist. It's global."

Jake Paul & Erika Costell feat. Uncle Kade, "Jerika"
After Paul's departure from Disney's Bizaardvark, the song by the trio of acts with robust social media followings debuts at No. 86 on the Hot 100. It bows with 7.7 million U.S. streams.
