TLC Postpone European Tour Due to T-Bozs Neck Injury

TLC have been forced to postpone a planned month-long European tour next month due to T-Boz's back injury. In a Facebook note to fans posted on Tuesday morning (Sept. 26) by Bill Diggins of Diggit Entertainment Group, the duo confirmed that the tour -- slated to kick off in Hamburg, Germany, on Oct. 16 and wrap in Birmingham, England, on Nov. 16 -- was being pushed back after T-Bozinjured her neck during their recent North American tour. They said she's now "suffering from severe physical pain that has impacted her ability to perform at this time."

According to the note, the cervical disc problems in her spine have gotten so bad that she's having "significant pain" due to nerve compression. The singer is working with her orthopedic surgeon on the issue and that physician recommended they postpone the tour; the group is working on rescheduling the dates and asked fans to return tickets to point of purchase for a full refund.

"Chilli and I are very disappointed that we have been left with no choice but to postpone our debut European tour," the duo said in the statement. "We would like to thank our fans for staying so loyal and ensure them we will be back just as soon as we can reschedule.”

The tour news comes at the same time that T-Boz has been speaking out about the police-involved shooting of her cousin, Eddie Russell Jr., 25, by the Peoria Police Department. In a series of posts, T-Boz said that her cousin -- who reportedly suffers from mental health issues -- was shot at more than 18 times by officers.
