Beastie Boys' Ad-Rock is keeping busy these days. Ad-Rock has composed original music for the upcoming comedy film The Truth About Lies, due out in theaters Oct. 27.
The Phil Allocco-directed film centers on the life of Gilby Smalls, a thirty-something male who weaves together a string of lies to impress a female, with each lie leading him to fabricate an even bigger lie. The comedy film stars Fran Kranz, Odette Annable (House, The Astronaut Wives Club), and Mary Elizabeth Ellis.
Ad-Rock, née Adam Horowitz, has composed music for a slew of documentaries including No No: A Dokumentary, a film on the life baseball great Dock Ellis.
