Meanwhile, Sam Smith's "Too Good at Goodbyes" surges to a new peak, jumping from No. 10 to No. 4, as his sophomore album, The Thrill of It All, launches at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Plus, Maroon 5's "What Lovers Do," featuring SZA, lifts 12-9 on the Hot 100 as the group's new album, Red Pill Blues, starts at No. 2, on the Billboard 200.
Additionally, Taylor Swift debuts at No. 27 on the Hot 100 with "Call It What You Want," which also arrives as her record-extending 15th No. 1 on the Digital Song Sales chart, as well as the fourth leader from her new album, Reputation.

"No Limit," G-Eazy feat. A$AP Rocky & Cardi B
G-Eazy scores his second-highest-charting Hot 100 hit, as the track zooms 24-13. He reached No. 7 with "Me, Myself & I," with Bebe Rexha, in March 2016 (and passes the No. 17 high of Britney Spears' 2016 single "Make Me…," on which he's featured). Streaming is driving "No Limit," which bounds 17-11 on the Streaming Songs chart, up 26 percent to 21.7 million U.S. streams, according to Nielsen Music.
"New Rules," Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa's highest-charting Hot 100 hit rises 26-21 (as the pop singer-songwriter consequently graduates from the Emerging Artists chart). It lifts 18-17 on Streaming Songs, up 8 percent to 18.3 million U.S. streams, and 23-19 on Digital Song Sales (20,000 sold, up 17 percent) and pushes 47-44 on Radio Songs (30 million in audience, up 12 percent).
"The song is coming home," WBBM-FM (B96) Chicago assistant program director/music director Erik Bradley said on this week's Billboard Chart Beat Podcast; the station played the song 51 times in the seven days ending Nov. 16. "It's awesome for those who have loved her since the first time we heard her."
"Lemon," N.E.R.D & Rihanna
The funk group's return single, with Rihanna, marks the act's first-ever Hot 100 entry, debuting at No. 65. The song is so far a stand-alone track; N.E.R.D (Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley) last hit the Billboard 200 albums chart in 2010 with the No. 21-peaking Nothing. "Lemon" launches at No. 28 on the Digital Song Sales chart with 18,000 downloads sold and drew 7.5 million U.S. streams in the tracking week (after Zane Lowe premiered it on his Beats 1 show).
With "Lemon," N.E.R.D also logs its second entry on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs; "She Wants to Dance" reached No. 69 in 2004.
Back on the Hot 100, the new song marks Rihanna's 61st visit. Among women, only Nicki Minaj (82), Taylor Swift (74) and Aretha Franklin (73) have made more appearances.
