The country star will be represented by UTA worldwide.
Country star Clay Walker has signed with United Talent Agency (UTA). The global talent and literary agency will represent Walker’s musical interests worldwide.
The multi-platinum artist has been a renowned country name since his 1993 self-titled debut album, Clay Walker, and since then has sold upwards of 11 million albums. Walker, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1996, also dedicates his time to his Band Against MS foundation.
In a statement, UTA’s Nick Meinema said, “We’re excited to have Clay as a new client. His world-class voice, performance style and commitment to philanthropy makes him an artist that we are thrilled to represent. We look forward to working with him on some innovative new opportunities.”
In addition to his recent signing with UTA, Walker is set to release his first album since 2010’s She Won’t Be Lonely Long later this year.
