Foo Fighters Announce The People of Rock and Roll Digital Zine

The Foo Fighters are celebrating 25 years since their self-titled debut album, and they're giving a voice to the fans that supported them along the way.

The band launched a new digital zine on Thursday (Oct. 8) titled The People of Rock and Roll, featuring countless memories directly from Foo Fighters fans.

"There wouldn't be 25 years of Foo Fighters without YOU - the People of Rock and Roll!!!" the group's announcement on Twitter reads. " Thank you for sharing your stories and being a part of the journey."

Readers can filter through the 135 pages of stories at the time of publication by narrowing down to a specific bandmember or location.

One by an anonymous user from Boulder, Colorado, shared two photos from Lollapalooza in 2011 and 2019. "I want to thank you for bringing me and partner together," the note reads. "We met at foo fighters concerts at lolla 2011, dancing in the midsts of mud and rain, sharing an intimate moment only to separate and meet again 8 years later by fate, locking eyes remembering a distant time. I’ll always be grateful to the foo fighters for constantly reminding me how music connects spirits for only one shared moment or a lifetime of shared moment."
