Guns N Roses Announce Fall 2019 Dates For Not In This Lifetime Tour

Until Monday morning (June 17), the only way to see Guns N' Roses in North America this year was to travel to one of the four major festivals the reunited hard rock icons are playing. The good news is that they've added eight new shows to their roster of 2019 gigs, including stops in North Carolina, Florida, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Salt Lake City and two nights at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

The Not in This Lifetime tour, which kicked off on Apr. 1 2016 and is finally slated to wrap up on Nov. 2 has found the "Welcome to the Jungle" group criss-crossing the globe with a reunion lineup that includes singer Axl Rose, as well as back-in-the-fold guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan.

The new run of dates kick off on Sept. 25 at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and includes stops at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, on Oct. 1 and the Vivint Smart Home Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah on Oct. 29.

The run is slated to wind up with a two-night stand at 4,298-seat Colosseum in Vegas, for their most intimate performance on the tour since a special concert at Harlem's Apollo Theater in 2017.

Tickets for the newly-announced dates will go on sale on Friday (June 21) to the general public at 10 a.m. local time here. The eight new shows will weave into a calendar that already included appearances at the following festivals: Louder Than Life (Sept. 28), Austin City Limits (Oct. 4, 11), Exit 111 (Oct. 13) and Voodoo Festival (Oct. 25). To date the Live Nation-promoted tour has played more than 150 shows for more than 5 million fans, according to a statement.

Slash recently confirmed that GNR plan to hit the studio in the fall after the run of dates. "Whjen we finish the tour in the fall then we will commit on working on the next Guns record," he said in an interview with WRIF in Detroit. Check out the list of GNR's 2019 dates below.
