Executive Turntable: Moves at TEG, Vydia & More

Australia-based ticketing, live entertainment and technology company TEG has named Matthew Donazzan director of strategy and M&A, a newly created role.

Donazzan, who previously worked as an executive director covering private equity clients at Goldman Sachs, will lead the team that assists TEG’s CEO Geoff Jones and the company’s board in determining and executing key strategic projects. Based in Sydney, he will also oversee TEG’s mergers and acquisitions program.

 


 

Video management, distribution and monetization platform Vydia has announced two promotions: Jenna Gaudio, who has been named senior vp operations, and Andrew Benjamin, who is now senior vp finance and strategy.

Gaudio, who most recently served as vp product management and has been with Vydia since 2016, has helped drive the company’s product roadmap, cross-team communication and education programs and led a record number of feature launches for the company last year.

Benjamin previously served as vp of corporate development and strategy, driving the update and execution of a multi-year strategic plan and leading corporate development, including fundraising and investor relations.

 


 

PR firm Shore Fire Media has promoted Hannah Schwartz and Greg Jakubik to senior account executives. Both were formerly account executives.

Since joining the company in 2017, Schwartz has led and worked on campaigns for Elvis CostelloEvanescence, Royalty Exchange, Qobuz and more.

Jakubik has led campaigns for Bon IverMargo PriceHuey Lewis and PJ Morton, among others. He has also been with the company since 2017.
