Lil Baby & Kirk Franklin Inspire Youth in Heartwarming We Win (Space Jam: A New Legacy) Music Video

The official music video for Lil Baby and Kirk Franklin's empowering new song "We Win (Space Jam: A New Legacy)" has arrived. The track comes as part of the soundtrack for Space Jam: A New Legacy film, starring LeBron James. The Warner Bros. Pictures film hit theaters on July 16.

On Wednesday (July 28), the song's visual premiered on YouTube. It opens with a stunning clip of Kirk Franklin sitting silently in an empty basketball court before he begins playing the piano. Moments later, various scenes from the movie are shown throughout.

"We Win (Space Jam: A New Legacy)" begins with a choir led by Franklin powerfully singing, "Steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the/ Steadfast, unmovable/ Always abounding in/ We win, yes sir/ We win, yes sir/ And we win, yes sir/ With you by my side, together/ We can touch the sky, see we win."

That's when Lil Baby smoothly kicks off the first verse rapping, "We will be better than ever/ Made a promise, we can do it together/ And I ain't breakin' my word/ I just wish that I could fly like a bird/ Get away from this Earth/ Had to pray and pray, I felt I was cursed/ Always tell myself it could have been worse/ Nеver goin' back, I broke the rеverse."

The single -- which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Gospel Songs chart -- marks the first-ever collaboration between Lil Baby and Franklin, who made their live performance debut as a duo and opened at the BET Awards on June 27. During the ceremony in Los Angeles, Franklin and Baby delivered "We Win (Space Jam: A New Legacy)" atop a brightly lit stage wearing all white attire, surrounded by a slew of dancers wearing blue.
