ICM Partners have elevated six agents to partners, the talent agency announced today. The new partners include five agents based in Los Angeles and one based in New York. The three women and three men promoted today bring ICM Partners' total count to 54 partners.
The new ICM Partners are Ayala Cohen (Comedy), Hrishi Desai (Literature), Adam Ginivisian (Comedy/Concerts), Scott Mantell (Concerts/International), Kathleen Remington (Literature) and Lara Sackett (Physical Production).

They each make a unique and important contribution to our culture, which is a major factor in their elevation to Partner.”
Cohen made the move from production to representation in 2012, parlaying her career as a talent executive/producer at Saturday Night Live into a thriving business as an agent. Today she represents Pete Davidson, Fortune Feimster, Amy Landecker, Jay Pharoah, Chris Redd, and Cecily Strong.
Desai’s clients include Bruce Miller, creator/executive producer/showrunner of the Emmy and Golden Globe winning Hulu drama series The Handmaid's Tale, and Grant Morrison, co-creator/executive producer of SyFy’s Happy!, who represents a number of prominent television writers.
Ginivisian becomes the youngest partner at ICM, beginning his career in the agency’s mailroom in 2007, before quickly making the jump to agent in the comedy touring department in 2009. His diverse roster includes Jay Pharoah, Rob Schneider, Aisha Tyler, Desus & Mero, Anthony Atamanuik, Mikey Day, Southern Momma, Roseanne Barr and Orny Adams. He is also co-head of the Los Angeles Trainee Program.
Mantell started his tenure at ICM Partners as an assistant in 2003 and quickly rose to become an agent in the concerts department only a year later. As the head of international touring for the concerts department, which he built from the ground up, Scott's clients range from Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, D’Angelo and Jon Bellion to Cyndi Lauper, Jill Scott, and Postmodern Jukebox.
Remington started her career at ICM as an intern in 2003. Her clients include screenwriter/producer Gary Dauberman, who enjoyed breakthrough year penning two massive hits, Stephen King’s It and Annabelle: Creation and is currently writing IT2. Longtime client Chris Morgan is the writer/producer behind the multi-billion dollar Fast and Furious franchise and is writing the franchise spin-off, starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. This past year Remington was honored as one of The Hollywood Reporter’s 35 Under 35 of 2017.
Sackett represents five-time Academy Award nominated editor William Goldenberg, production designer Jack Fisk and commercial and feature editor Hank Corwin. Her longtime client, editor Bob Ducsay, cut the most anticipated and highest grossing film of 2017, Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
