Urban Singer Farina Joins Sony Music US Latin & Romeo Santos Golden Tour

Urban recording artist Farina has joined Sony Music Latin and announced and will tour with Romeo Santos on his Golden Tour in Latin America, the label has announced.

"I am very happy to be part of the Sony Music family and have the support of the largest and most successful record label in the world," said Farina, the Colombian-born singer who is also known for her numerous acting roles. "I’m very grateful and excited to show everyone what we have in store."

In addition to the tour dates in Latin America, the entertainer will also join Santos in the U.S., including Denver, Phoenix and Los Angeles. Farina was recently nominated for Artist with the Most Attitude at the MTV Millennial Awards.

"Farina is a true superstar in the making," says Sony Music US Latin President Nir Seroussi. "We’ve admired her from afar for quite some time, and we’re thrilled to join forces to help take her career to new heights."

Farina recently joined the kick-off festivities at Univision’s X Love Live in New York. Her reggaeton pop smash "Mejor Que Yo" made the Top 10 in Colombia, making her the only female artist to place that high.

Wyclef Jean tapped Farina for "Casanova," "Hendrix -- Remix," and "Party Started." She's also received nominations for CBS' Artist of Tomorrow and the Grammys in addition to participating at SXSW 2018.

In 2017, Farina received the Nuevos Lideres Premio from Nucleo Urbano Billboard in addition to being recognized as the best urban artist (female) at the Latin Show Awards in Colombia.
