There’s just a little over a month left until KCON 2018 LA, and the lineup is still growing. On Thursday (July 5), KCON USA announced that soloists Ailee and Roy Kim, along with boy bands Pentagon and Golden Child, will appear at the Korean music festival and pop culture convention.
KCON 2018 LA takes places at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Staples Center on August 10-12; the four acts will be in attendance at various times throughout the weekend and perform during the headlining concerts at Staples Center on August 11 and 12.
Both Pentagon and Golden Child recently appeared at the East Coast alternative KCON 2018 NY, while Roy Kim last appeared at the Los Angeles-area KCON in 2015. This marks Ailee’s first time attending a KCON LA, though she previously performed at KCON 2016 NY.
The four acts bring the current KCON 2018 LA artist count up to 15. They join soloists Chung Ha and Crush, duos Davichi and Dynamic Duo, girl groups fromis_9, Momoland and TWICE, and boy bands IN2IT, Nu’Est W, Seventeen and Wanna One.
Concert tickets for KCON 2018 LA go on sale on July 11 at 10 a.m. PT, while tickets for the convention, mini-concert event Klub KCON, and artist meet & greet tickets will go on sale July 13 at 10 a.m. PT.
