Jonah Hill might be working with Gucci Mane in the very near future.
On Saturday (March 2), the actor-turned-filmmaker shared a screenshot of a text message from the Trap God on Instagram that hints at a possible collaboration.
"Waddup vato it's Guwop," Gucci begins the text. Hill later responds, "Wowwwww been waiting for this text my whole life ... We gonna make a classic or what?" Gucci replies in the affirmative: "Hell yeah we gone make a classic I'm bout to send song."
This wouldn't be the first time Hill has directed a music video. In the caption of the IG post, he notes that his video for Vampire Weekend's "Flower Moon" (featuring the Internet's Steve Lacy) will be arriving in the next couple of weeks. The film star also made a cameo in the group's video for "Harmony Hall."
"Music videos were my favorite growing up and I feel grateful I get to direct them with some of my favorite artists. Let’s go!" Hill writes. See the full post below.
