Quavo Under Pressure Over $1 Million Judgment as Vegas Valet Pursues Case in Georgia

Quavo Under Pressure Over $1 Million Judgment as Vegas Valet Pursues Case in Georgia

Back in 2018, Quavo was accused of slapping a valet named Antonio Henry at the Encore Hotel & Casino. Henry claimed he was attempting to intervene in an altercation when the incident occurred and alleged that Quavo struck him in the face.

Those allegations later escalated into an assault and battery lawsuit in 2020. Quavo denied any wrongdoing, while Henry maintained that he suffered both physical and emotional harm as a result of the encounter and sought financial compensation.

A judge ultimately sided with Henry and awarded him more than $650,000. The ruling was issued in Nevada, but according to reports, Henry has still not received any payment years later. TMZ reports that he is now taking further legal steps to enforce the judgment.

Over the weekend, TMZ revealed that Henry has moved to have the Nevada judgment recognized in Quavo’s home state of Georgia, a step that could make collection efforts more straightforward.

The amount owed has also reportedly increased over time due to interest and legal fees, bringing the total closer to $1.1 million. Henry is now actively pursuing the funds he believes he is owed.

It remains unclear how Quavo will respond to the latest filing. With the judgment now being pursued in Georgia, the situation could move toward resolution more quickly depending on how the courts proceed. The case remains ongoing.
