Puerto Rican singer Jean Carlos Santiago, better known in the Latin music scene as Guaynaa, has signed a long-term record deal with Universal Music Latino and Republic Records, Billboard can exclusively announce.
Under the deal Republic Records will be in charge of the general market, while Universal Music Latino will manage the Latin side.
Guaynaa started to write songs at a very young age. "I have a true passion for music," he previously told Billboard. The 26-year-old singer is the mastermind behind “Rebota,” which at press time has spent 11 weeks on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart (as of the current week ending June 8)
