Her new single "Deja Vu" joins eight-week chart-topper "Drivers License" in the top 10.
Olivia Rodrigo is experiencing déjà vu this Monday (April 12), as her latest single "Deja Vu" debuts in the top 10 of the  Billboard Hot 100.

The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series breakout star had her debut single "Drivers License" ride to the top slot of the all-genre tally in January, making it the first single to debut at No. 1 in 2021. Her former eight-week Hot 100 No. 1 hit holds at No. 5, while its follow-up single "Deja Vu" debuts at No. 8 on the chart this week (dated April 17).

"Ahhhh dl and deja vu on there!!!! screaming and crying!!!! thank u so much!!!!!!" she tweeted in excitement.

With "Drivers License" and "Deja Vu" being Rodrigo's first two singles promoted to radio, streaming services and other platforms, the 18-year-old star is the first artist to send her first two proper singles straight onto the Hot 100 in the top 10.

Both songs also double up on the top 10 of the Billboard Global 200 chart this week, with "Deja Vu" and "Drivers License" respectively sitting at No. 8 and No. 9.

Her HSMTMTS co-star Mark St. Cyr praised her latest chart accomplishment as "Excellence" underneath her Instagram post. The two will be reunited on-screen with their fellow cast members for the second season of the Disney+ series, which premieres May 14.
