Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is no stranger to the gym (obviously) and now, the actor and entrepreneur is giving fans a glimpse into his gym playlist, as part of his latest collaboration with Under Armour.
The Rock's new apparel and accessories collection, dubbed "The Iron Paradise Tour," is inspired by rock and roll and his own love for music. As part of the launch, The Rock unveiled a new workout playlist that includes classic rock hits like “Black Betty” by Ram Jam, "Hotel California" by The Eagles, and “Rock & Roll Band” by Boston. A number of rap and hip-hop tracks made the list as well, including 2Pac's "No More Pain," Kanye West's "Black Skinhead," and "Rake It Up," from Yo Gotti and Nicki Minaj.
The playlist also includes a new song, titled “Get Up On My Level.” Performed by rapper Mike Zombie and singer Aja Elan, the song was co-written by The Rock's wife, recording artist and songwriter Lauren Hashian, and will appear in social campaigns for the new collection.
"The Iron Paradise Tour" collection is the latest release from The Rock's on-going partnership with Under Armour, which includes everything from bags and sneakers to wireless earbuds. Under Armour says the music-inspired collection "emphasizes music’s ability to impact your attitude, mindset, and drive. Music pushes out doubt and blocks the noise to help you break through barriers."
Pricing for the new collection starts at $13 for socks to $140 for a new colorway of Under Armour's best-selling Project Rock 3 training shoes. Pieces are available in sizes for men, women and kids. Shop The Rock's full collection at UnderArmour.com and see his full workout playlist on Spotify.
