After BROCKHAMPTON took the stage at Boston Calling on Saturday (May 26) without singer Ameer Vann, they have now confirmed that they're down a member. They have also canceled the remainder of their scheduled tour dates to "regroup."
In a statement and apology to Vann's victims, the group said that Vann -- who recently faced sexual misconduct allegations and denied them -- "is no longer in BROCKHAMPTON." They added that they "were lied to, and we're sorry for not speaking up sooner."
Earlier this month, exes of Vann's came forward on Twitter and alleged that he was "emotionally abusive," manipulative" and "has sex with underage/legal fans." Vann admitted that he's "disrespected" previous partners, but denied that he has "disrespected their boundaries."
"In response to the claims of emotional and sexual abuse: although my behavior has been selfish, childish, and unkind, I have never criminally harmed anyone or disrespected their boundaries," he wrote. "I have never had relations with a minor or violated anybody's consent."
