Frankie Grande has praised his sister Ariana Grande as the "greatest artist of our generation" following the opening night of her Eternal Sunshine Tour.
The 43 year old actor, who is currently appearing in the Broadway production Titaníque, said he has been completely impressed by what he has seen so far from his sister’s latest tour and has been closely following fan clips circulating online.
Speaking to PEOPLE magazine, he said: "She's unbelievable. She's the greatest artist of our generation. I'm allowed to say this, but I also think everyone else would say this as well because it's the truth.
"I saw the clips of her on social media and I didn't know anything. I purposefully wanted to be surprised when I went to the show, but now I'm not going for two weeks so I had to look.
"She's flying. She's looping. She's belting. She's got those heels to the sky. That ponytail is back. It's too much. It's all too much."
Ariana, who has reportedly ended her relationship with Wicked co star Ethan Slater, is back on tour for the first time since her Sweetener World Tour in 2019. She also recently released her new single Hate That I Made You Love Me, taken from her upcoming album Petal, which Frankie said he has been listening to repeatedly.
He added: "It is the first time in my life that I have repeat-listened to a song of hers like this.
"This song, the minute I heard it, I was like, 'Again, again, again, again.'
"It burrows into your soul and I keep making new realisations and texting her... It's so layered and I'm obsessed."
Ariana opened the tour in Oakland, California on Sunday (06.06.26), marking a major return to live performances. After the show, she posted photos on Instagram reflecting on the night, writing: “Oakland, night one … it feels impossible to find the words at this time … so for now, just thank you.
“From the bottom of my heart.”
She also shared how much she had missed performing for fans since her last tour in 2019, adding: “I love you all more than words can ever possibly say. And I missed you.
“Thank you.”
