Exciting news for fans of dissolved U.K. pop group Girls Aloud: Under a new record deal, Nadine Coyle will work with the former superstars' producer, Brian Higgins.
The singer signed with Virgin EMI for her second solo outing, which follows her 2010 debut, Insatiable. The label also is also home to Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Shawn Mendes.
Coyle said she has spent the past two years working on new music.
"I'm so excited to be releasing music again," she told The Sun. "I'm nervous but really happy to be sharing them finally."
"It's a dream come true to sign a solo deal with a label that's as brilliant as Virgin EMI," she continued. "The team really share my vision for the album, and I can't wait to start performing again."
The label announced the deal on their Twitter on Monday morning (July 24).
The five-member Girls Aloud scored 21 top-10 singles in the U.K., the most for any female group in history. The group separated in 2013 after a 10-year anniversary tour.
