AJ Wasson, the longtime GM of Live Nation Florida, has launched his own endeavor, Sector Management Group. Based out of South Florida, the company will provide business management services to artists and entrepreneurs along with tour and festival accounting. The roster includes Randy Fenoli, star of TLC’s "Say Yes to the Dress."
”We bring with us experience, knowledge and a deep network of resources” said Wasson in a statement. “My entire career has been spent successfully managing businesses - first for Jack Boyle at Cellar Door and then for Live Nation. The formation of Sector Management was a logical next step in my career.”
Wasson began his career as production manager for Cellar Door (which was purchased by SFX in 1998) and rose to become the company’s CFO; later he transitioned to Live Nation.
Now, Wasson hopes to leverage his experience in the business, production and management aspect of things to create a more “cohesive approach” to artists’ careers.
Sector’s infrastructure for clients will include executive, accounting, financial and legal expertise.
