LAS VEGAS, NV – Tonikk4100 is a dedicated and extremely talented 24-year-old artist from the 4100 block of Arville Street in Las Vegas’ West Side. Growing up, he had deep ties to the 8 Deuce Clique and his aggressive energy pairs with personal stories from the Vegas streets on hot music that has been gaining him a steady following in recent months.
His newest hit is the summer jam “I Do The Most.” The bouncy, fun club vibe of the song features an up-tempo rhythm punctuated by staccato high-hats, which serves as a perfect foil for his rapid-fire flow. It’s definitely a song that fans will learn by memory and sing along to, and it’s certain to become a staple in clubs all over the country this summer.
“It’s an on-the-edge party song,” Tonikk said. “It’s about me doing the most. Sometimes I do the most so much that I’m just a little burnt out, and that’s what I’m rapping about here. The vibe is more like a cool little vibe, but like all my music it just slaps. It’s an Arville banger.”
Tonikk said he’s been in music his whole life. Growing up on the streets he said it wasn’t unusual to hear others in the neighborhood rapping, and he learned at a fairly young age that he had a natural talent for spitting bars and weaving words. In 2020, while stuck at home during the pandemic, he said he started to write down some of those lyrics and realized he loved the art of songwriting. He came up with some dope rhymes and took it to the studio, where everything was mixed together by a producer he works with frequently called Sinatra.
“I’m really a unique rapper,” Tonikk said. “I don’t take anybody’s style. I make music that’s relatable. If people like it, I’m gonna put it out there. Ultimately I just want to make money off my music and give people a good time.”
