Congratulations are in order for Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse, who are now officially parents.
The couple revealed that they have welcomed their first child together by going out for a walk, with the The Batman actor pushing a stroller, as seen in snaps posted by Daily Mail. The baby bundle of joy comes five months after Waterhouse announced her pregnancy in November, when the “Good Looking” singer debuted her baby bump on stage Corona Capital Music Festival. In a fan-captured video posted on X (previously Twitter), she addressed the glittery pink outfit she chose, cheekily telling the crowd, “I’m extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that’s going on.”
A month later, People reported that the couple are engaged.
31-year-old Waterhouse and 37-year-old Pattinson first started dating in July 2018, and have kept their romance relatively private throughout the years. Waterhouse opened up about her relationship with Pattinson in a February 2023 The Sunday Times interview. “I had two days off the other day, and it was like, no question I’m going back to see him,” she said of managing their schedules while maintaining a relationship. “Then he’ll come out for a couple of days.”
She sweetly added that she is surprised to be “so happy with someone for nearly five years,” adding “I’m always incredibly excited when I see his name pop up [on my phone] or even a text and I think he feels the same about me.”
