Glastonbury Festival announces 2024 line-up for The Common

Glastonbury Festival has announced the full 2024 line-up for The Common – you can check it out below.

The legendary Worthy Farm event is due to return next month, boasting headline sets from Dua LipaColdplay and SZA, as well as the likes of Shania TwainLCD SoundsystemLittle Simz and The National.

Following the initial wave of acts being confirmed in March, organisers have been drip-feeding separate posters for the festival’s many areas and stages – including the Left FieldWoodsiesThe Glade, the Acoustic Stage and Silver Hayes.

Today (May 3) Glastonbury has revealed another list of names for The Common, which features the venues The Temple, Rum Shack and Mez Yard.

“[The Common] is a space born from our collective imagination, our dreaming and building, of which we are all a part,” a statement reads. “It comes from a history of reclaiming space in our worlds, on the lands and in our hearts, to be who we are and not what we were told to be, to dance to our own rhythms. Here is their Glastonbury 2024 line-up.”

Kae Tempest is set to participate in ‘Temple Uprising: The Power Of Sound For Collective Liberation’, which “explores how music transcends entertainment, becoming a catalyst for revolution And liberation”.

Elsewhere on the bill are Katy B, A Guy Called Gerald, Katalyst, 4am Kru, Manni Dee, Jessica Wilde, Marc Stylus, Paul’s Mobile Disco, Oh Annie Oh, Natty Speaks, GotSome and Coco Em.

Glasto recently announced a brand new stage dedicated to South Asian talent as part of the Shangri-La area, with Bobby Friction, Anish Kumar, Nabihah Iqbal and Nikki Nair as part of its bill.

The final batch of tickets for this year’s edition of the event sold out in 20 minutes last month. A limited amount of coach/ticket packages were snapped up in 18 minutes three days prior.

Glastonbury co-organiser Emily Eavis had revealed earlier that the festival had seen its “highest percentage of ticket balances paid ever”. “Incredible. Thanks so much everyone,” she added.

In other news, Dua Lipa has said she “manifested” headlining Glastonbury “by album three” early on in her career. Her third studio record, ‘Radical Optimism’, was released today (May 3).
