Toy Story 5 Adds Bad Bunny to Voice Cast

Toy Story 5 Adds Bad Bunny to Voice Cast

Bad Bunny has officially joined the cast of the upcoming Toy Story 5.

Disney confirmed on May 26 that the Grammy winning artist will appear in the latest installment of the beloved franchise as a character named Pizza with Sunglasses.

The new character has been described as “effortlessly cool and mysterious” and is said to belong to a small group of forgotten toys living inside an abandoned shed.

Alongside Bad Bunny, Disney also announced that Alan Cumming will voice Evil Bullseye, a darker and more sinister version of Bullseye, Woody’s loyal horse companion.

Several longtime cast members from the Toy Story series are also returning for the new film, including Tom Hanks as Woody, Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear, and Joan Cusack as Jessie.

Ernie Hudson will now voice Combat Carl following the death of Carl Weathers in February 2024.

Other stars joining the voice cast include Conan O'Brien, Craig Robinson, Shelby Rabara, Mykal Michelle Harris, and Scarlett Spears.

The role marks another major acting project for Bad Bunny as he continues expanding his career into film. Back in 2022, he appeared as Wolf in Bullet Train alongside Brad Pitt. More recently, he played Colorado in the 2025 film Caught Stealing with Austin Butler, Regina King, and Zoë Kravitz.

Earlier this year, it was also announced that the “DtMF” artist would appear in Porto Rico, a film based on the life of Puerto Rican revolutionary José Maldonado Román.

Toy Story 5 is currently scheduled to arrive in theaters on June 19.
