Now that Halle Bailey has shared her newborn son with the world, the Little Mermaid star has been showing off some adorable content from her private pregnancy.
Halle’s sister Chlöe took to TikTok to post a hilarious photo of the duo dancing to “Rich Baby Daddy” by Drake, Sexyy Red and SZA, with Halle’s baby bump on full display. She captioned the clip with three laughing emojis.
Meanwhile, Halle took to Instagram on Monday (Jan. 15) to post a video from her fitting underwater maternity shoot. “missing my belly already [purple heart emoji] but i obviously had to do underwater pics [wink face emoji],” she wrote in the caption, referring to her role as Ariel in the live-action remake of The Little Mermaid. On Sunday (Jan. 6), the 23-year-old star revealed on Instagram that she and her boyfriend DDG are now proud parents to a baby boy named Halo. “Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo,” Bailey wrote alongside a photo of the newborn’s tiny hand wearing a gold bracelet inscribed with the name “Halo.” “The world is desperate to know you.”
The rapper shared the same adorable snapshot on his Instagram page, writing, “My biggest blessing by far son son.. never been so in love baby halo.”
Bailey and DDG have reportedly been dating for more than a year. The couple went Instagram official in March 2022 when DDG shared a post on The Color Purple actress’ birthday.
